Tiani Hargrove is the proud owner of Tender Loving Touch Home Care, LLC, a home care agency that provides essential services to individuals in need. Tiani's journey in the nursing field began over twelve years ago when she became a Nurse Aide in 2012. Her dedication and commitment to helping others propelled her to advance her career, and in 2016, she took the next step by becoming a medication technician. With more than a decade of experience in the healthcare sector, Tiani has developed a comprehensive understanding of patient care and the various challenges that come with it.

Throughout her career, Tiani has demonstrated an unwavering passion for nursing and caring for others. Her desire to make a difference in the lives of her clients is evident in her work. Although her ultimate ambition is to become a registered nurse (RN), she has chosen to temporarily set aside her personal goals to focus on serving her community through her home care business while attending school for her Medical Assistant Diploma. This decision illustrates her commitment to providing quality care and support to those who need it most. Tiani's strong belief in the importance of compassionate care drives her to excel in her field and positively impact the lives of her clients and their families.
